Shipping policy
There is a 5-7 business day processing prior to shipment. Due to COVID -19, processing times may go over the stated time frame. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your item has been shipped.Â
We are not responsible for any Lost/Stolen Items. However, if this issue arises contact your local USPS/UPS or file a Claim on USPS.com or UPS.comÂ
We are unable to replace items damaged by a carrier while in transit. Once an order ships we are not liable for any damages or lost items. Â
Please provide correct address and contact information once you place your order. We are not responsible for customer error and are unable to provide replacements for items shipped to an incorrect address. If for some reason an incorrect address is entered, please email us to resolve the issue.Â

Pre-Order Processing and Shipping
Pre-Orders will be open for a specific amount of time, as noted on the particular listing. Once pre-order time frame has closed, the orders will then go into manufacturing. The manufacturing of our items my take up to 2 weeks, however if it exceeds the two weeks, then the customer will be notified via email.Â
Please note that any other items ordered by the customer in addition to the Pre-Order items will be shipped together unless a separate order is placed for those additional items.Â
